Our Objectives

to provide a means to communicate and educate the general public on issues relevant to dog ownership, directed primarily to residents in or near the Torrey Highlands area of the City of San Diego, an area known as Carmel Valley;

to oversee the improvement, maintenance and operation of the dog park facility within Torrey Highlands Park, located near the intersection of Del Mar Heights Road and Lansdale Ave within the City of San Diego;

to facilitate the exchange of information of benefit to dog owners related to pet health, the occurrence of lost or missing dogs or the placement of dogs available for adoption;

to pursue improvements and maintenance of Torrey Highlands Dog Park so as to the benefit dogs and dog owners in the surrounding area.

Most dog owners at Torrey Highlands Dog Park are the kind of people you would like to hang around with...they're generally conscientious, compassionate and caring folks. Anyone who visits the dog park and interacts with the bipeds there would agree. The dogs are nice too.
